I started off my career almost 20 years ago at a large fitness company.  I began as a trainer and worked my way up to Fitness Manager.  Four years later I opened my first gym.

​

I have experience with every kind of fitness goal you can think of: weight loss, muscle gain, sport performance.  I have worked with a variety of athletes, including gymnasts, wrestlers, baseball players, and soccer players. My clients have ranged from male and Female models to police officers to stay-at-home mom and dads.  


 

I have experience with rehabilitation after back surgery, knee surgery, hip replacement, broken bones, and muscle tears. My experience includes working with a variety of ages, from 6-96 (no joke!).
 

If you’re an everyday gym enthusiast or it’s your first time at the gym, I will have an individual program that is just right for you!
